TFG Culture
This course will explain that an individual does not make culture, culture makes the individual. It evolves when unique individuals are gathered together in co-dependency. New leaders can recreate aspects of cultures they have previously been a part of, or move culture in a particular direction, but are ultimately subject to the natural evolution of the group’s new culture. Everyone in the community serves a purpose. Each individual’s responsibility is directly related to the success of the culture. One cannot succeed individually without first understanding the essence of the culture and the mechanics of its operation.
